CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business!
